Hi, I'm Judit, your Mentor!
I am on the mission to help women improve their well-being, create balance, get back on track leveraging their power in mind-body and lifestyle practices to guide them from knowing to doing. My early midlife cancer journey was my wakeup call. Learning how to generate my calm and energy was the first step on my healing journey. I advocate for women to start receiving, not just giving, to create their balance and well-being powered by their energy.
